Ready to apply?

Our online application is designed to make the application process as simple as possible. All new student applicants are required to complete the online application and fulfill all other supplemental application requirements before an application will be considered by the Admissions Committee. A nonrefundable fee of $75 must be submitted with each application, along with a $450 Tuition Deposit.

***Please note, we are not accepting Pre-School applications at this time. 

Creating an Online Application

To begin the online application process, select Create an Account from the menu above. You will enter your contact information and create your own username and password. You will then receive an email to verify your account. Once verified, you will be able to log into your account and provide the information necessary to Create a New Student Application for your child. 

You will have the flexibility to log into your account and access your open application. After submitting the application, you can log into your account to print the completed application, track your application progress, and if necessary reprint the supplemental forms. 

Application Process

In order to submit your child's admissions application you are required to process an online payment of $525 for the items listed below. Please note: payment of the application fee and the tuition deposit does not indicate your commitment to future tuition payments, nor will you be committed to a contract with FCS. 

  • The $75 application fee is a one-time payment and non-refundable. 
  • The $450 tuition deposit will be applied to tuition or refundable per the terms of the Tuition Deposit Agreement section of this application. 

The following supplemental documents are required to be uploaded in the application submission: 

  • Birth Certificate
  • Official Tennessee Certificate of Immunization 
  • Report Card/Progress Report
    • Most recent report card/progress report
    • Previous year's final report card/progress report
    • Transcript (High School applicants)
  • Most recent achievement test scores (if applicable)
  • Legal custodial documentation (if applicable)

After submitting the application, supplemental documents, and payment of $525, all new student applicants are required to complete the following action items before an application will be considered by the Admissions Committee. Records from the applicants current school may be requested. 

  • Admissions Assessment (K - 12th grade applicants)
  • Admissions Interview (5th - 12th grade applicants only)
